The challenge

Picture a small water shop. Every morning the owner tests the water's TDS with a handheld meter, writes the number on a notepad, and hopes today's reading means "safe." Customers trust the water — but the owner carries a constant, low-grade worry: is the filter still good? Is the water really as clean as it looks?

That uncertainty has real costs. Replace a filter too early and you waste money on cartridges that still had life. Replace it too late and you risk the one thing the business is built on — quality. And the failures you can't see are the worst: a hidden leak under the storage tank that quietly drains a day's profit before anyone notices.

The core problem: the whole operation runs on a single manual reading and a hopeful guess. There's no continuous view of quality, no early warning of a leak, and no way to prove to a customer that today's water is good. Trust is the product, but it was being managed blind.

Our approach

The addan5w Smart Water Shop System puts continuous sensing where there used to be a notepad:

  • Live multi-sensor monitoring — pressure, temperature, flow and TDS, all measured continuously instead of once a day by hand.
  • Everything on a phone dashboard — the owner checks every sensor from anywhere, any time, instead of being tied to a handheld meter at the counter.
  • Predictive filter replacement — the system flags when a filter actually needs changing, ending both the wasteful too-soon swaps and the risky too-late ones.
  • Leak & anomaly alerts — abnormal readings or a leak trigger an immediate alert, so a hidden tank leak is caught in time, not discovered after the profit's gone.
  • A customer-facing wall display — real-time water quality shown to customers, turning invisible quality into visible, continuous proof.
